1) General information
bubbletea.gr is an online wholesale department store of the company Maria Mergoupi and Co., based in Athens (13 Papaflessa Street, P.O. Box 16777, Elliniko).

2) Acceptance of the terms of use
The following terms of use apply to the use of the e-shop bubbletea.gr. Any user who makes use of the services of the e-shop is deemed to consent and unconditionally accept the terms below without any exception. 5) Product availability
The customer is informed about the availability of the products by means of relevant indications such as “available”, “not available”, “expected” and “on request”. Any product offers that appear in the online store are always valid until stocks are exhausted.

Your order may be delayed either because our supplier is late in delivering the product or because the product you ordered has already been discontinued and is not available. In this case, we will contact you to inform you and discuss whether you want us to deliver the rest of your order or suggest an alternative product.

6) Execution of orders
Orders are executed from Tuesday to Friday and at the latest within 7 working days from the date of the order (for products marked “available”)

7) Shipping costs
Shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless otherwise indicated or there is an offer with free shipping). Shipping charges are calculated and paid to the carrier.

8) Cancellations / Returns
Returns and cancellations of orders are accepted only upon receipt of the goods by the customer and only in their original packaging. In any other case, refunds will NOT be accepted.

According to the Consumer Protection Act (Law 2251/1994) you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. The return of a product is accepted only if the product is in its original condition. In any case, the return costs are borne by the customer.
In order to make a return, you must follow the procedure described in paragraph (a) above.

In any case, we recommend that you return the product by registered parcel with a declared value of the actual value of the product, in order to avoid the risk of theft, damage or loss of your parcel.
